Phoshco GitHub IO is a useful starting point when you want to look closely at a game character rather than launch the game itself. Its root address takes you to a browser model viewer with a character menu and animation controls. NavSprout selects it for a concrete creative task: find a character, inspect the visible silhouette and costume, then record a few observations for your own study. We tested that path with Hu Tao and Ganyu.
Inside Phoshco GitHub IO’s model viewer

Why it’s here
A character reference is easier to study when you can focus on one model. The viewer makes that kind of short session possible without starting the original game. Our browser rendered Hu Tao, then Ganyu after a menu search. This entry suits fans exploring a design and people practicing visual observation; it is not a playable edition of Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail or Zenless Zone Zero.
Find the viewer behind the root address
Opening phoshco.github.io first displayed a small redirect page and then moved to /model-viewer/. If you remain at the entry screen, its click here link points to the same viewer. The direct viewer button on this guide skips that extra step. The root repository supplied for this listing contains the redirect page; the application has a separate model-viewer repository linked below.
A tested task: search for Ganyu
Open the menu at the upper left, enter Ganyu in the search field and select the matching character. During our test, that search displayed a single Ganyu button. Selecting it changed the URL to /model-viewer/ganyu and briefly displayed Loading before the model rendered. Wait for the model rather than treating a changed name or URL as proof that loading has finished.

Use motion to notice a design detail
The bottom timeline includes play/pause, a progress slider and speed controls. We started playback on Ganyu, observed a changed pose and an advancing time display, then paused at about thirteen seconds. For a study task, compare the outline of the hair or clothing in two poses and write what actually changes. This is an observation exercise, not a claim that the viewer exports a production-ready animation.

Choose a smaller question than “study everything”
Start with the character’s silhouette, one costume layer or a color relationship. A model viewed under a particular scene light is one presentation, not an authoritative material specification. If you are drawing, compare against other legitimate references instead of treating every rendered shade as a fixed costume color. Keep your notes separate from any assumptions about model accuracy or game-version coverage.
What to do if the scene is blank
Let the selected model finish loading and check that you are on the /model-viewer/ destination. Our visit included a brief empty stage before the application and model appeared. A large 3D scene may behave differently across devices; we did not benchmark phones or verify every character. Avoid using a loading screen as evidence that a character is permanently missing.
Free to explore does not mean unrestricted reuse
The browsing, search and playback steps required no payment or account in our session. The application repository is labeled MIT for its code. That does not grant blanket rights to game characters, models, music or motion assets. This guide demonstrates public viewing and does not establish commercial asset reuse permissions.
How to find and inspect a character
- Open the direct model viewer and wait for the scene.
- Open the menu and search for Ganyu.
- Select the matching character and wait for its model to render.
- Start playback, observe a pose change and pause on a detail.
- Write a short design observation and keep the original asset rights in mind.
Who it suits
Fans, hobby artists and curious visitors who want a short, focused character-design observation session.
What our check establishes
Checked October 20, 2026: root redirect, menu, Ganyu search, model switching, model rendering and short playback. We did not test every character, downloads, reference-sheet output, user asset imports or mobile performance.
Phoshco GitHub IO FAQ
What is Phoshco GitHub IO?
It is the GitHub Pages address phoshco.github.io. The root page redirects visitors to Phoshco’s browser character model viewer at /model-viewer/.
Where is the actual model viewer?
Use https://phoshco.github.io/model-viewer/. The root entry also has a fallback link to that destination if its timed redirect does not complete.
Which GitHub repository contains the viewer?
Phoshco/Phoshco.github.io contains the root redirect page. The application is documented in the separate Phoshco/model-viewer repository. Both are linked in this guide.
Which games does the viewer mention?
The page title identifies Genshin, HSR (Honkai: Star Rail) and ZZZ (Zenless Zone Zero). Other game choices were also visible in the menu, but we did not test every game or claim complete character coverage.
How do I find a character?
Open the upper-left menu, enter a name and select the character result. Our Ganyu search showed one matching button; selecting it loaded the Ganyu scene after a brief loading state.
Can the models animate?
Yes, short playback was tested on Ganyu. The pose changed and the timeline advanced before we paused. Other motion selection and export workflows were not tested.
Is it free to use?
The tested public browsing, character search and short playback required no payment or account on October 20, 2026. This does not establish unlimited access to every possible future feature.
Does MIT licensing cover the game characters?
The application code repository is labeled MIT. Code licensing is not blanket permission to reuse game models, music, characters or motion assets; check the applicable asset rights separately.
Can I use it as a drawing reference?
It can help you observe a character’s silhouette, costume or pose. This guide suggests a small visual study, not an accuracy guarantee or permission to republish or sell the assets.

Reviewed October 20, 2026. We observed the root redirect, rendered Hu Tao and Ganyu, searched for Ganyu and ran short playback. The application README was inspected; its build was not run locally.
